Rosum gains $16M in funding
Redwood City-based Rosum Corp. has raised $16 million in venture capital funding, bringing to $20 million the total fund it's raised to date, according to Venturewire.com. There was no immediate comment from Rosum, which makes a system that uses television signals to help pinpoint locations when GPS alone won't work.
Charles River Ventures led the round, according to Venturewire, with Allegis Capital, Motorola, Korean Technology Bank, Microtune, and Steamboat Ventures also participating.
